fonts backend v2

Implement reading, general polish and adapt to coding style.
We discussed in irc with Company, gicmo, Alex and others and it seems we should delegate handling write support to control-center or Nautilus, so I did not implement it. Any other comments welcome!

I think per the discussions in IRC surrounding these backends that it's probably safe to close this as WONTFIX; fonts:// and themes:// are going the way of the dodo in favor of better management tools (appearances capplet, fontilus?) We can reopen if we change our minds at a later date.
