What were you doing when the application crashed?
Was looking in "Recently Used" under "Programs" menu.  Right clicked on "Menu Editor", clicked on something to dispense with the right-click menu.  Note that "Menu Editor" doesn't appear to be in any of the programs menu categories, if that helps
