Please describe the problem:
I just found out, that the background does not refresh, then I'm browsing in Icon-View and switch to List-View and back to Icon-View the Background gets ugly.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Icon-View -> List-View
2. back again
3. you might see


Actual results:
Background will be drawn ugly.

Expected results:
The Background to be drawn correctly.

Does this happen every time?
Yes

When you close and open a new window it works again.
