Internal GStreamer Error:state change failed

Please describe the problem: After installing openSuse 10.3 I have no sound. I went to the Control Center and attempted to a test and received the following error: audiotestsrc wave=sine freq=512 ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! gconfaudiosink: Internal GStreamer error: state change failed. Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer. Steps to reproduce: 1. In opensuse10.3 go to control center,then scroll down to system and click on sound. 2.Open the Devices tab and select the ALSA option under Sound Events. 3.Press the Test button.You will receive the error I copied above. It also happens in the other options in this menu screen also. Actual results: I get the error message stated above. Expected results: I would assume I should hear a test sound of some sort. Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed.
