Please describe the problem:
Transactions in a QIF file that do not have a date ("D" line) are silently ignored.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Import the attached QIF

Actual results:
No errors or warnings are shown to the user, or even logged.

Expected results:
The user is warned that the transaction is being ignored.

Does this happen every time?
Yes

I've found the part of the code that would need to be changed, so I should be able to post a patch in the next few days.
