Please describe the problem:
As of 01. 01. 2008 cyprus and malta joined the EURO, slovenia did so last year. The cyprus pound, maltese lira and slovenian tolar are not supported as euro currencies in GnuCash

The attached patch adds cyprus pound, maltese lira and slovenian tolar and the according fixed exchange rates to the euro currencies supported by GnuCash
