Please describe the problem:
When starting GnuCash, it responses with the popup 'The procedure entry point GetVolumePathNamesForVolumeNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.'

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start GnuCash.
2. Popup appears.
3. Pressing the OK-button ends the program.
