Please describe the problem:
When using set label in a message filter, the label isn't actually set

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add filter matching some mails
2. Use set label in filter
3. Apply filter
4. See that the label is not actually set for matching messages


Actual results:
The label is not set for matching messages.

Expected results:
The label should be set

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
Using Ubuntu hardy,  evolution (2.21.4-0ubuntu1).
