It'd be neat if you could right click on an item and select a
"Refresh Rate" for it (like a Frame, or a GIF, or an entire page), such
that it would refresh that item.  

Optionally saving a list of automagically refreshed items locally so that
next time the site is viewed, it's automatically set to refresh.

This is good for news sites that don't do this, and webmail programs and
alike.
