Please describe the problem:
When a access key is using a character that has an accent (Greek language) can not be used. So translators have to change their translations or wait for a fix?

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Epiphany  in Greek.Pressing Alt+A opens file menu
2. Then from file menu try to open a file pressing A (_'Anoigma)
3. Nothing happens
