Please describe the problem:
When I try to Launch the program,I get an  error message  "Unspecified Fatal Error has occurred, aborting" , followed by: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library message, Runtime error! "Program:  C:\program files\gnucash\bin\gnucash-bin.exe  This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way

1. this happens every time I double click the desktop icon for gnucash

Other information:
I am running Windows XP, SP2.  I re-installed ghucash a second time, makes no difference.  Program will not run on my PC!!
