Many files in glib/gio and some in glib/glib say they're under the "Lesser General Public Licence ... version 2 ..." [or later]. There is no such thing. It's the _Library_ GPL version 2, or the _Lesser_ GPL version 2.1 (or later).
They should probably all say LGPL 2.1 .

tbh, I don't think "version 2 or later" is sufficiently wrong to warrant touching so many files
