When trying to change a print layout form portrait to landscape, the dialog locks up.

The emulate the problem, click File>Print then "Image Settings" tab and then "Adjust Page Size and Layout" button which opens the Page Setup dialog.

After opening that dialog, and then closing it and retuning to the Print dialog, the Print dialog is locked up and no options are usable.
