1 - Create a new 420x300 default image.
2 - Select File - Print
3 - In the print dialog select the Image Settings page
4 - Click on the "Adjust Page Size and Orientation" button
5 - Select Landscape
6 - Press the "ok" button
7 - The image settings page is dead.
