Mail Message - Insert - Table hotkeys do not function

This is actually a bug in gtkhtml. The HTML/table editor used by Evolution is from gtkhtml, and this bug should be updated as such.

Alex, you could add another bug here. (I) can't be a letter for mnemonics (HIG violation). You could change that to something unique and better (Imag_e).
