Description Rob Frohne 2007-11-05 11:51:43 UTC
Hi,

Help doesn't install correctly in 0.96.1. I have made dia from source (without gnome which may be the problem) in Ubuntu Gutsy (because the 0.96.1 binary from the repository) has the same problem. I believe the previous version from the Ubuntu repository (whatever version that was), had Help that worked.

Selecting help menu item help produces a warning message:
Could not open help directory:
Error opening directory '/usr/local/share/dia/help': No such file or directory

However, on creating a /usr/local/share/dia/help directory,
selecting help menu item help produces the warning message:

Could not find help directory

Seems strange thast the error message changed!

I generated the html files from dia.xmy using db2html and copied them into /usr/local/share/dia/help
Selecting help menu item help still produced the warning message:

Could not find help directory
