Resize a group is not possible. 
Also we whant to import libraries from visio
Also must be a tool for create style sheets of objects.

Taking the subject as the main issue this is a duplicate of bug #59880 - long time requested but still not implemented.
Importing vdx is an ongoing project, there are already style sheets of objects.
All in all this report is probably woth quite some man month of full-time work. But Dia is a volunteers project. Patches accepted;)
