Last modified: 2008-10-09 17:57:16 UTC
What were you doing when the application crashed? Logging into my gmail account after having already successfully logged into my google documents. The account and password were loaded from the keyring manager, but then the window timed out and gimmie crashed. Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. And also thank you for trying 0.3.0. This bug could be related to bug 429518. If you can solve it by using a cvs version of libgmail please tell us. Thanks in advance.

Hi, I reported this on the mailing list, but the problem here is that gmail has been upgraded and the current libgmail on the trunk is out of date. Dropping in the latest libgmail 0.1.8 fixes the issue.

Gimmie is unmaintained and no work is going on anymore. If you are interested in hacking on the codebase: A fork named Mayanna exists at http://groups.google.com/group/mayanna Closing all remaining Gimmie bugs as WONTFIX. Please do not file new bugs against Gimmie. Mayanna is the project you want to use and file your bugs against. Also see http://groups.google.com/group/gimmie/browse_thread/thread/4e0f8088e08e59a6 http://mail.gnome.org/archives/gnome-bugsquad/2008-October/msg00000.html for more information. Thanks.
