Changing the local Proxy Port of WebWasher had no effect.

WebWasher v3.4#57 (http://www.chip.de/downloads/c1_downloads_12997960.html)
GnuCash v2.2.1

Tested with ORBit2 v2.13.3 and v2.14.7

This Also happens in Vista Ultimate 32 with a bare install nothing but a fresh Install and nothing else running. However my XP sp2 doesn't crash at all.I also disabled the standard Vista firewall to test after reading about contacting possible ip addresses. Result No change. Still fails
Used Software:
Vista Ultimate 32 out of box.
Vista Ultimate 32 patched with all updates from Micro$oft as of today 6/10/07
GnuCash 2.2.1

A few questions regarding only the Windows XP installation:
* Does gnucash start up just fine without WebWasher?
* Does gnucash always fail when run with WebWasher?
* What settings do you use in WebWasher? I ask this question because I can start up gnucash with WebWasher running.
Comment 3 Jan Hagelauer 2007-10-06 23:05:07 UTC
Starting GnuCash always failed with WebWasher running, and never failed with WebWasher closed.
I tried different settings of WebWasher, including different local Proxy ports (8080, 8081, 3128, 123, 12573) and deactivating all other options, but it didn't change anything.

When starting GnuCash with WebWasher, the splash screen is not displayed

Ok I was wondering what tools I could use to do a Stacktrace on Win 32 machines so I can help out a little. I would be willing to help with traces from Vista and XP because I know there isn't a lot of people with Vista running at this point in time.
