It is missing but obsolete; it should probably be updated and part of gnome-devel-docs.  I don't know if it is worth adding a link on library.gnome.org in the meantime.

I am reassigning this to gnome-devel-docs as this documentation should be part of it (once updated).  (shaunm: would it be possible to have an "Other" component in Bugzilla for gnome-devel-docs).
