Please describe the problem:
When input the command "tracker-extract ***.html text/html", 
cannot get the meta data of "keyword" from the ***.html.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Input "tracker-extract ***.html text/html"
2.

Actual results:
The console cannot output anything about the meta data of "keyword"

Expected results:
The console should output the meta data of the "keyword"

Does this happen every time?

two modification:
  1. extract keyword from html meta section also.
  2. fix one bug when set parent/child relationship for metadatatypes
