GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 47636
Using context menu to relayout leaves a menu image in the icon container
Last modified: 2009-08-15 18:40:50 UTC
Select one of the Lay Out Items items in the context menu. Notice that the image of the menu will persist in the icon container unil after the layout is completed and a redraw has occured. We need to figure out a way to get the icon container to redraw after them menu is dismissed but before the layout task happens. Maybe we can send ourselves an idle event before laying out again. ------- Additional Comments From darin@bentspoon.com 2001-03-09 16:27:19 ---- I'm not sure that Gene's theory about why the menu image is left behind is correct. ------- Additional Comments From sullivan@eazel.com 2001-03-09 16:55:06 ---- Hmm, I don't see this on mine. Maybe some other factor is involved? ------- Additional Comments From sullivan@eazel.com 2001-03-09 17:10:22 ---- High time estimate since I can't reproduce it. ------- Additional Comments From eli@eazel.com 2001-03-26 11:12:05 ---- QA Assigning to self. ------- Bug moved to this database by unknown@bugzilla.gnome.org 2001-09-09 21:13 -------

I don't understand what's being described. Can someone give more-exact steps to reproduce?
I can't duplicate this. Dave, if you can, and can explain what it is, please reopen. Thanks.
