The Last.fm plugin bundled in 0.12.1 (under Ubuntu Feisty) seems to refuse to submit tracks to Last.fm. On running Banshee from a terminal I get the following putput:

Can you test with 0.13? http://www.getdeb.net/app.php?name=Banshee

If it works there, then (I think) this should get filed downstream for Ubuntu to patch.

Andrew,

Have tested with 0.13.1 and the situation seems to be improved.

However, Last.fm's submission server is currently listed as being "ONLINE with reservations... it may take time for submissions to be handled smoothly. But the server's back on track. There may be random failed submissions for a while."

Internet radio, Recommendations and fetching cover art all seem to work so perhaps the problem isn't with Banshee or the plugin but with their servers.

Not sure if it matters, but this was fixed.
