Please describe the problem:
Setting to false dosn't disable/remove the "switch User" button in data/lock-dialog-default.glade.
Also this gconfkey is a duplicate of /desktop/gnome/lockdown/disable_user_switching .

use the '/desktop/gnome/lockdown/disable_user_switching' gconkey.

Thanks for the patch.  A few comments:

* changing :1 to :0 for the size of the variables isn't correct.
* why is it necessary to change the sense of the setting to fix this bug?
