Please describe the problem:
When listening to the streamed content (such as Internet radio), when a new song is played, window title (and the title in the taskbar) is not updated. "Properties" page displays proper (updated) song name.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Point your Totem to some Internet radio (such as http://www.radioparadise.com/musiclinks/rp_24aac-1.m3u)
2. Wait for the next song


Actual results:
Song title in properties window gets updated, window title does not.

Expected results:
Window title should reflect current song title, as the first time it is updated.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Which version of Totem are you using?

No, playlist item is not updated. Totem 2.18.1

Same problem here. Properties are updated; title and playlist aren't.
Totem: 2.28.2 here.
GStreamer: 0.10.25.
