I only listened to music in rhythmbox and I had started jabbin and checkgmail.

This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but the maintainers need more information to fix the bug. Could you please answer the questions in the other report in order to help the developers?

Don't worry. Turns out it was a duplicate of Bug 459740, which has now been fixed in the latest version of gtk. Upgrading gtk and/or gnome-games should fix the problem.
