Please describe the problem:
I can resize treeview column only at second time. At first time I get behavior as I press left mouse button at first row and move it.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run some programm with tree view widget (I use Liferea and flybird)
2. Select some row in tree view
3. try to resize column using header
4. second time resize - now it can be resized

Does this happen every time?
