Description Cosimo Cecchi 2007-07-24 11:22:47 UTC
Please describe the problem:
I'm experiencing sound distortion while playing music files from the library. It seems to be a regression, as i don't notice this with previous versions of Rhythmbox. Playing last.fm does not produce the same distortion, and everything is ok. Also, I cannot seem reproduce this with any other gstreamer player (quodlibet, exaile), so i guess it is a RB problem

Steps to reproduce:
1. Play some mp3 in the library that has nicely loud bass and battery

Actual results:
You can hear hiss and pops

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?
Yes
