Note that I have "focus follows mouse" enabled; I don't know if this is relevant.

If I click on the icon for the app that currently has focus when that app is obscured by other windows, the app is minimized.  I believe that it should be brought to the front instead.

Well, it's not reproducible in click-to-focus, simply because focusing a window also brings it to the top.  So in that sense, having sloppy or mouse focus is relevant.  Anyway, yeah, we really need to fix this...
