i can choose "inline original message" as the default forward style, but not as the one-time default style (message -> forward ->).

Andre,
We can select "inline" as the Forward style from message -> forward as ->.inline.
What is the need to create a seperate menu for :inline original message".

Hey Andre, I not either sure what you mean, is it a popup menu? Really?

About a patch, it would be better to not duplicate a code, but call already written functions, like emfv_message_forward_attached, the best with a macro EMFV_MAP_CALLBACK like it is done couple times in a source file.

But otherwise patch looks good, really.

So finally it appears it was about harmonizing strings and menu items, which really did the second bug, so closing this as a duplicate and obsoleting the patch. Feel free to make patches for other bugs, if you wish. It's always appreciated. :)
