Please describe the problem:
When using Foreground Select Tool and image zoom is set to 50 percent or fewer, selected area (blue) is displayed incorectly. Selected area is zoomed at 100 percent, however the image is displayed with different zoom.

Steps to reproduce:
1. set image zoom to 50 %
2. Use Foreground Select Tool
3. Use it

Please, before you file a bug report, check for duplicates. In particular when you are filing a report against the development version, it is very likely already reported and fixed.
