Description Guilherme 2007-07-06 17:23:33 UTC
Security is listed twice in security window after editing a security.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Tools/Security Editor;
2. Click Add;
3. Choose a name and a symbol and click ok;
4. A new security will appear in securities window.
5. Expand the namespace of the recently created security, select it and click edit.
6. In the edit security window click ok.

Now this security will appear twice!
Closing and reopening this window fix the problem. So I think is just an interface problem.

Confirming. Would be cool if someone took a look at this ;-)
Comment 2 Charles Day 2008-07-30 21:22:10 UTC
I'll take this. It's a similar bug to the Price Editor, which I've just fixed.

Fix committed as r17471. Requesting backport for 2.2.

Applied to branches/2.2 as part of r17580 for inclusion in GnuCash 2.2.7.
Thanks a lot!
