Whops. Sorry, bug-buddy clashed with apport quite nastily and in the overall chaos I clicked the wrong button. Anyway, apport gives me that: TypeError: function takes exactly 0 arguments (1 given) whenever I try to enter anything into deskbar. Not really helpful.

Actually, sorry.. not a duplicate. Well, not a duplicate of Bug 453825. The same error is suddenly cropping up in both deskbar-applet and the gnome-games sudoku, and this bug is the first instance of the deskbar-applet case.

Possibly related to Bug 453825 (sudoku) and Bug 453999 (gimmie) which are showing the same error.

This issue sees to be caused by pygtk2-2.10.5-1.fc7, since it goes away when downgrading to pygtk2-2.10.4-2.fc7.
(In reply to comment #42) > This issue sees to be caused by pygtk2-2.10.5-1.fc7, since it goes away when > downgrading to pygtk2-2.10.4-2.fc7. > I can confirm this on Debian as well. Thanks!
