I realize that Evince is currently a viewer and while pdf-tk is a really useful application, the Evince platform is the perfect place to do the PDFTK functions in a gui environment.  Just viewing pdfs is not enough.  We need to be able to change them and using the Evince thumbnails, we could drag and drop pages to move them around.  We could righclick to delete a page or rotate it, etc.  I think that would add tremendously to its functionality.
