Please describe the problem:
When you delete an attachment the attach count show on top of the attach bar is not correctly updated

Steps to reproduce:
1. attach a file
2. delete the attachment
3 [details]. watch the attach count


Actual results:
The attach count is not updated

Expected results:
The attach count should tell exactly how many files are attached

Does this happen every time?
Yes
