I'm using Epiphany with an English locale, and I have bookmarks with both English and Hebrew titles. While the ones with the English titles are displayed properly in the bookmarks menu, the ones with the Hebrew titles appear as empty menu items (except for the favicon, for websites that have one). When using a Hebrew locale I get the opposite problem: Hebrew bookmarks are displayed, and English ones aren't.
This is a regression from previous versions, in which the bookmarks behaved properly.

I don't think this is the same bug as #413263, the other one talks about title bar not bookmarks. Any how, I got this bug in the 2 directions; when running a RTL locale (Arabic), LTR (English) bookmarks doesn't show and the reverse happens when running in LTR locale; RTL bookmarks doesn't show.
