Description Davis Salks 2007-05-02 12:59:32 UTC
Please describe the problem:
In the cases where a selection/copy includes surrounding transparent areas, the paste-in function causes the result to be shifted.

Steps to reproduce:
1. select an object that is surrounded by a transparent area
2. include a margin of the selected area
3. copy
4. paste-in

Actual results:
the resulting paste will not be aligned with the selected area

Expected results:
the resulting paste should be exactly aligned with the selected area

Does this happen every time?
it does not happen when you select/copy an area that is totally opaque
