What were you doing when the application crashed? Clicked Send/Receive. No outgoing mail. Second run of evolution (first run produced the same results, but i didn't get a stacktrace.) Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Unfortunately, that stack trace is missing some elements that will help a lot to solve the problem, so it will be hard for the developers to fix that crash. Can you get us a stack trace with debugging symbols? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!
Closing this bug report as no further information has been provided. Please feel free to reopen this bug if you can provide the information asked for. Thanks!
Reopening due to dups and the good stacktrace

I really think, this is a dup of bug 472271.

Created attachment 100501 [details] [review] Proposed patch This seems to have the same syndrome as bug #431459 and #364700. GConf things being called from a non-gui thread. Im sure a similar fix, would get rid of it. If anyone can try it out, I would be great, before we commit it in.

Committed to trunk/stable. Just have a watch, if we have anything after 2.21.4 or not.
