Description Jared Johnson 2001-09-10 00:38:16 UTC
It would be handy for the user to have the power to select which toolbar items
appear on the toolbar. Personally, I would enjoy being able to remove items
like back, forward, home, web search, and stop, if i planned to only use
nautilus for viewing local files, and removing the up, search, zoom, and view as
X components if i was to only use nautilus as a web browser. This would allow
much more horizontal space, which in turn could quite possibly allow the user to
move one or more of the components in the bottom toolbar into the top, thus
saving him even more real estate (assuming this feature was also added). This
could quite possibly allow the toolbar to take up only 24 pixels vertically,
which would make users like me real happy :)

Regards,

-Jared Johnson <solomon@futureks.net>
