Description Jaakko R 2007-04-07 15:44:56 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Old video from 1997 with Real Video 1.0 video codec and AC-3 audio codec does not show video when played with totem. Some output in attachment.

Steps to reproduce:
1. totem limelight.rm
2.
3.

Actual results:
Mosaic-looking garbage in players window.

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
realplay claims the audio codec is obsolete. mplayer plays the file fine, as does this pipeline with ffmpeg's rm demuxer.

gst-launch filesrc location=limelight.rm ! ffdemux_rm name=demuxer demuxer. ! queue ! ffdec_rv10 ! autovideosink -t

If any developer willing to take a look at the file, please drop me a mail.
