Please describe the problem:
Since upgrading Evolution and Gnome to 2.10 and 2.18, everytime I print it tries to do A4 paper.  I can't override it on the printer.  All other GNOME apps seem to be fine.  Looking at Evolution code I see in mail/em-format-html-print.c the gtk_paper_size_new is iso_A4 and has a #FIXME.  Is this the problem?  Anyway to override the default?  Also see the same in calendar/gui/print.c etc.

To print right now, I have to print to PDF and then acroread will print to letter.

Yep.  Changed mail/em-format-html-print.c, gtk_paper_size_new to "na_letter" and now can print.  Why doesn't the gtk+ print dialog have something for paper size on the page setup tab?

this will be fixed in evolution 2.12/2.20.
