Please describe the problem:
The account trees in the transfer dialog do not scroll, when navigated by cursor-keys. The cursor dissapears beneath the listbox.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select an account
2. press cursor down until it disapears
3. 


Actual results:
the cursor disapears

Expected results:
the cursor should stay visible with the listbox scrolling

Does this happen every time?
yes
