Epiphany 2.18.0, Ubuntu Feisty

1. Drag one or more Web shortcuts from a folder, or one or more bookmarks from
   Firefox, into Epiphany's Bookmarks window.

What should happen: the bookmark is added.
What actually happens: nothing.

This bug is about creating bookmarks from an external application by dragging a link into the Epiphany bookmarks window, 143016 is about internal bookmark creation. I'm creating a dependency.
