Please describe the problem:
The notification should adapt its size to that of the panel, just like
the task list does. On bigger panels (that is, >50 px) the notification icons
should be distributed in 2 rows instead of 1. Something like this:

Not only would it increase integration, it would also solve one of the few
problems that non-widescreen monitor uses may meet: the lack of panel space.
