GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 42087
Make typeahead buffer visible
Last modified: 2005-12-20 19:21:33 UTC
EFM has a tasteful way of doing this, by popping it up while the user is typing translucently over the directory view, and leaving it up for a little bit after. ------- Additional Comments From darin@bentspoon.com 2000-08-10 09:35:14 ---- Cool idea. It would be smarter if I deferred this, but I trust John to do so if he thinks leaving it open is a mistake. ------- Additional Comments From sullivan@eazel.com 2000-08-10 09:48:44 ---- Seems like a probably good idea in some form, but not a feature we should add this late in the first version. Marking deferred. ------- Additional Comments From eli@eazel.com 2000-10-16 19:30:26 ---- Batch-assigning QA ownership of remaining bugs to eli@eazel.com ------- Additional Comments From eli@eazel.com 2001-02-21 11:12:29 ---- QA Assigning to brett. Sorry for the spam. ------- Additional Comments From eli@eazel.com 2001-03-26 11:11:00 ---- QA Assigning to self. ------- Bug moved to this database by unknown@bugzilla.gnome.org 2001-09-09 20:36 -------
