"Binary package hint: evolution

In evolution, the contact information includes a "wants to receive HTML email" preference. This is good.

It would also be good if there was also a "sign outgoing messages" preference for each and every contact, with 3 values: "use account default" (the default), "never", and "always". The "never" setting is especially important for Windows victims, because many can't figure out how to open the "attachment" which contains the email text.

It would be good if there was also an "encrypt outgoing messages" preference for each and every contact, with 3 values: "use account default" (the default), "never", and "always"."
