Please describe the problem:
FOr right to left locales, the icons needs to be placed from right to left, currently they are showing left to right.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login in to Aarbic UTF-8 locale
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
See the icons are placed on the left side in desktop

Expected results:
icons should be placed from right to left

Does this happen every time?
