What were you doing when the application crashed?
Viewing images in gThumb Image Viewer with CF card from my cam plugged into USB adapter.  Copied a file from the CF card to the folder gThumb was currently browsing, browsed to the file in gThumb, then right clicked on CF desktop icon & ejected.  Then I typed this out :-)
