GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 41385
middle click on desktop gives wrong menu
Last modified: 2004-12-22 21:47:04 UTC
With gmc you get a desktop-specific menu. With the nautilus approach you instead get one that's operating on out desktop window. ------- Additional Comments From darin@bentspoon.com 2000-06-15 13:32:25 ---- I'm not sure how to address this. Maybe a change to the window manager is needed. ------- Additional Comments From darin@bentspoon.com 2000-08-16 11:58:14 ---- Pavel, didn't you already fix this? ------- Additional Comments From eli@eazel.com 2000-10-16 19:31:21 ---- Batch-assigning QA ownership of remaining bugs to eli@eazel.com ------- Additional Comments From eli@eazel.com 2000-12-29 18:02:19 ---- This appears fixed in CVS HEAD, if I understand the bug. Specifically, middle-clicking on the Desktop while Nautilus is running generates the same "Windows, Workspaces, Programs, Customize, Help" context menu that would appear if Nautilus weren't running. --- Darin, may I please confirm that this is in fact what the bug is about? Thanks! ------- Additional Comments From darin@bentspoon.com 2001-01-02 18:32:12 ---- Yes, that's it. ------- Additional Comments From eli@eazel.com 2001-02-09 11:29:09 ---- Duane is now the proud owner for Desktop QA. ------- Bug moved to this database by unknown@bugzilla.gnome.org 2001-09-09 20:33 ------- The original owner (pavel@eazel.com) of this bug does not have an account here. Reassigning to the default owner of the component, nautilus-maint@bugzilla.gnome.org.
