Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. Did you install any NSS updates provided by Ubuntu in the last days? Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it. Bingo. This bug was caused by a libnss problem in a Firefox upgrade, resolved with a later upgrade. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 412537 ***
